Birth Doula Support

One to two prenatal visits
During our prenatal visits, we'll take time to get to know one another and build a foundation of trust before your birth. These meetings provide an opportunity for you to discuss your hopes, preferences, and any concerns you may have regarding pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Together, we'll explore evidence-based educational resources, discuss comfort measures and coping techniques, answer questions, and create a birth plan that reflects your unique goals and values.
Continuous labor and birth support
When labor begins, I will provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support from the time you request my presence through the birth of your baby. Whether you need encouragement, comfort measures, position changes, advocacy support, or simply a calm and reassuring presence, my goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout your labor experience. Support often extends through the first postpartum hour to assist with initial bonding, feeding, and your transition into parenthood.
Postpartum reflection and follow-up visit
After your birth, we'll meet for a postpartum visit to reflect on your experience, celebrate your strength, and process any emotions or questions that may have arisen. This time is designed to provide additional support as you adjust to life with your newborn, answer lingering questions about your birth experience, and connect you with resources as needed.
